yesterday was prom! shangri-la is a nice place:) just that erm, i find the place a lil complicated. they have like 10 million doors around. and guess what. i was so confused that i opened the wrong door when i wanted to get from the function room to the ballroom. coz like we had to exit the function room areas to go down to the ballroom, then i somehow mistook one of the function room doors as the exit and urgh, i got a terrible shock when i found myself stepping into a meeting with a lot of angmohs. realising that i'd opened the wrong door, i hurriedly apologized and closed the door, hoping to scuttle away and pretend that nothing happened. but ahhh. at this instant one of the hotel staff walked past and saw what happened and totally scolded me. urgh. whatever. anyway, other than having too many doors around, the place is really nice and grand with really pretty chandeliers and nice soft carpets:) even the toilet is nice. heh.

anyway, so being in the flowers subcom i was supposed to sell and deliver flowers. At first flower sales was TERRIBLE. I walked around for about 1 hour plus asking the seniors if they’d like to buy flowers and oh my, I only managed to sell ONE single stock rose. How pathetic is that :(   The seniors were all like talking and taking pictures and stuff, so no one was really interested in buying any flowers. Sigh. It was so depressing. But oh well, after that when the actual prom started the flowers started selling like hotcakes so we managed to sell all our flowers:) yay.

Saw cephas and the rest of the seniors! They all looked really smart and cool and pretty!:) haha. took lots of pics too even though its not my prom. Heh.

wow this has been quite an eventful week! okay i shall start. 

Monday: 
went to school in the morning for the tsukuba meeting, then played ball for a while, ran a bit, and then went to watch gameplan with yx and ht. haha the show was really nice and touching even though it was kinda predictable, but oh well, i was still moved to tears:) dont know why the rest didnt cry though. and i realised we were all pigging out in the theatre! haha yx bought a subway sandwich, ht bought her cheese suasage from chippys and onion rings from mos, and i bought burger from mos, fries from longjohn and cookies from subway:) oh well, we were all hungry:)heh.

Tuesday:
yay the tsukuba people came today! oh my all the japs are so cool and cute la! especially the girls:)and they are all really nice and polite too! though it was quite hard to communicate with them coz they couldnt really speak english and we couldnt speak jap. yupp. i thought the guys were quite dao. except for the one who told me that i had a cute smile:D HAHAHA! but no la, i think it's coz i didnt really try to talk to them i guess, so i feel quite bad. but the girls were much easier to talk to and i dont know why, but they seem to understand us better too, so yeah:) brought them around the school, which was quite weird coz they toured mostly the high school side, and places like the heritage centre and high school library, even I have never seen these places before la. Haha. But oh oh! I think the high school library is really nice! looks like a nice place to study in:) So after that we went to CCAB to play ball. Whoa the jap guys were not bad! Although they still lost to our guys team,(coz we have super tallies like shengyu and weeyong and super fasties like billy) but not bad la, they managed to put up a fight and most importantly, THEY LOOKED COOL:D HEH. Yupp, I had lots of fun playing with the girls team too, and I irealised its been a really really long time since I last played a full court 5 on 5 match, so it was really nice:) then after that we went back to school, had reception, exchanged gifts and then bade them farewell. We all just stood there and waved as they rolled away on their buses, quite funny. Haha. Then we had to clean up and then practice batch dance after that. But I just slacked at the table with ying and xiu coz I wasnt feeling very well. Yupp, then went home and fell asleep at 9! Haha, its like the earliest I' ve ever slept this whole year:)

Wednesday:
woke up early to go for the CCA leaders workshop thingy. oh man the morning was really boring, except for the reception:) coz it was all just talks. then slacked around during breaktime, where i finally learned how to play bridge!:D tried learning it a few times before, but the bidding process is just so... complicated. haha. well, at least i sort of understand it now, even though i still dont get the partner partner part. like, we can end the game and yet i still dont know who my partner is. heh. oh wells. then we had teambuilding games after that. actually i think those people who pon are quite bad, coz they actually got external people to come conduct the activities, but i guess we cant blame them coz the workshop started off really boring. haha. i thought the games were not bad though:) got to know more people too so it was quite fun. haha. yupp then stayed back a while to play volleyball. Vball is fun!:D heh. Just that its really painful and our hands got all read and swollen after that! Haha. Then played ball for a while before going back. talked a bit to tommy about some emo-ish stuff and then totally just conked out after that. haha. 

Thurdsay:

Haha we all just skipped the first part which was first aid and some talks, but came to school just in time for lunch. Haha:D then we boarded the bus to changi moe where we had our dragonboat activity. Saw a bunch of cedarians there having LTC. haha. And I realized that actually hor, the new pe shirt is super ugly la!! I mean, it' s a nicer material, but haiyo. Really quite ugly eh. Saw miss/mr poon too. Khong' s reaction was like “ew ew ew”, and well, I couldnt agree more. Anyway, back to dragon boating. Haha it was damn fun! Super super tiring but I think thats coz we spent the whole 2 hrs capsizing and bouncing around in the water with our buoyancy vests. Heh. Oh but but. The seawater was TERRIBLE. Oh my gosh, it was damn salty la. Eeew. I drank lots of it while bouncing around in the water, it was damn gross. Urghh! Worse still, a lot of it went up my nose too! YUCK YUCK YUCK ! so gross! Haha but it was damn funny, coz like you know, dragon boats are normally not supposed to capsize since its so big and all, but ours capsized twice, while the other boat didnt capsize at all (but thats coz they had canoeists on the other boat lor:D). then all the instructors were like saying how in their many years of dragon boating they have never seen people capsize twice in the same day before. Hahaha super funny:D but aiya, not our fault la, blame it on the choppy waves:) heh. But after we recovered from our second capsize we couldnt go on anymore coz of the waves, so we all had to go back to shore:( sians. Haha so even though we rowed like less than 200 strokes in that 2 hours, it was still great fun:)))) I guess you can say that capsizing is fun too:) heh.

Friday:

Which is today! Haha. Today is a slack-at-home rest day:) haha supposed to go sentosa today but aiya, I' m sick of the seawater. So I shall just rest at home. haha, shall go swimming later with my bro. phew, i'm so glad that the swimming pool water isnt salty!:D heh.

haha i realised its been a really loooong time since i last blogged. heh. this thing about blogging, i'm sill not used to it and i really hate it when everytime i'm almost done with my post i'll just accidently click/press on some key and THE WHOLE POST JUST DISAPPEARS. rarhhhh.

anyway, yesterday was really nice:)) kitty, meiying, songyuan, chonglin and tommy came over to my house at 12 midnight to surprise me:D heh. seriously i really dont know how they managed to get in so quietly la haha. i was sitting in my room settling some tsukuba visit stuff when my dad came in at 11.59 to ask me to go out. and pring! i saw the cake, looking so bright and pretty:)) haha then suddenly there was a burst of  singing and they totally just popped out of the kitchen!:D hahaah. it was pretty cool:D and i was super shockedd:D hahaha. THANKS SO MUCH YOU GUYS!:))) i was really really touched:))) LOVES LOVES LOVES MY DEAR FRIENDS<333

haha so we had a sleepover which was really spontaneous(chonglin didnt even bring his toothbrush:D)haha quite funny i guess, coz everything was like unprepared and unarranged, so there was trouble trying to find places for them to sleep:D ahaha. but in the end tommy took one bed and the the rest of us squeezed onto the other bed. oh my, to think about it now ah, i really dont know how we did it la. haha. wooohoo, we're skinny people! HAHAHA!:DDD
hmm but it was quite uncomfortable actually haha.

then most of us kinda had stuff in the morning, so everyone started leaving, while me, kitty and lydia lunched  together at PS. haha. walked around a bit, pigged out a bit, then went home.

and SLEPT. HAHA. 

after that went for dinner with my family:) nice jap food at east coast! haha. but the bowl they served my udon in was like twice the diameter of my head. hahahah. quite amusing:D

 

Had training today! gosh, jiaolian was out to kill us i tell you. the 3 man fastbreak, whoa, SUPER TIRING!! oh well, but i guess its coz we're all in really bad shape right now la. haha.  

okay firstly, yay to a successful and happy open house! everything went really smoothly despite the rain and thats great:) personally, i'd feel that this year's open house totally owned last years. haha. i think its coz i felt that last year's wasnt really welcoming and that there didnt seem to be as strong a spirit as this year's. hmm but then again, it might be probably due to the fact that we came at the wrong time, when everything was dwindling to an end. haha. oh well. anyway i really enjoyed this year's OH though! fac dance was fun, tourguiding was fun, and even goodybag distributing was fun:)))

okay anyway, we had a sleepover again at aud's house! haha. except that this time its a hc team bonding thing:) yay, it was fun! haha we spent the whole time watching liu xing hua yuan(meteor garden), episode after episode. i guess the show is not bad la, quite nice, just that omg 20 episodes is way too long mans. after a while it sort of became a little too draggy with the characters and their never ending problems. but SIGH. the show was soooo sweet!:D hahaaha and all of us were like swooning over the lead character played by jerry yan in the show. but erm, i guess we only like him in the show la, coz it was his character that made him cool.(but i still think the character played by vic zhou is cooler heh) anyway, so we watched through the night, while drifiting in and out of sleep. haha.

alright, i guess its now back to WR and I & R. rarhhhhhh. i hate pw. and i bet the whole world agrees.
